• There is no third party interference, hence as discussed in more detail in these terms, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Findhire.co.ke does not have any third connection with any transactions.
• Findhire.co.ke is not responsible for the unwanted contacts between the users, the portal has right to refuse, delete or move any Content or posting that violating these Terms or for any reason or no reason at all.
• You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own posting , also you should have the right to handle the photos which you upload in the portal
• Findhire.co.ke may introduce paid service for listed ads in future, which will be nonrefundable.
• None of the postings in Findhire.co.ke should be harmful, abusive, unlawful, threatening, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, or invasive of another’s privacy .If any ads is hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or harms others in any way or otherwise unlawful is prohibited in Findhire.co.ke.
• None of the ads posting should be repeated, or of similar features
• Findhire.co.ke is not liable for any copyright of materials posted on or transmitted through the portal, by anyone.
• After registration, User ID, password, email address should be keep confidentially for retaining the security.
• If any conflicts happened while assessing Findhire.co.ke regarding terms and conditions or privacy policy, the user will be suspended from Findhire.co.ke portal.

DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

If users have any claim about these Terms & Conditions or any activities of FindHire.co.ke they are advised to contact us at support@findhire.co.ke. In case the user fails to settle the claim or dispute with FindHire.co.ke directly, he/she can opt for legal resolution. These terms & conditions and any disputes related shall be governed by Laws of Kenya. All disputes, whatsoever, are subject to Kenyan Jurisdiction.
